The Congress has now come out with more documentary evidence to justify how paying interest of 123 crore rupees to the SEZ promoters is a scandal. And chief minister Manohar Parrikar is directly involved in it.According to the Congress, the decision was taken by the IDC by reversing its own guidelines.
