Hridesh Kumar Singh won the second Nayapatrika Corporate Golf Cup held at the Gokarna Gold Club.
Singh who accumulated 39 stableford points, was also eligible for the best gross award. But under one-player one-prize rule he opted to take the winner’s prize. Mithun Rai won the best gross award with 34 points.
Three golfers Dr. Ranjeet Baral, Nareshwor Gurung and Maj. Gen. Mahesh Bikram Karki were tied at 36 points for the second place, but Dr. Baral bagged second prize on the count back as he scored 17 points.
Pratima Sherpa who scored 28 points won the ladies title, one point ahead of Rekha Ghimire and 8 ahead of Pawitra Yakthumba.
