The Congress has made a major allegation.The IPB meeting was held hurriedly and illegally to bring 28,000 square metres of land in a no development zone under industrial purpose, it alleged.And one minister is involved in this blatant illegality.This meeting was chaired by chief minister Manohar Parrikar.
